New LS and SVD based methods for estimating frequencies of complex sinusoids

چکیده
New LS and SVD based methods for the estimation of frequencies of complex sinueoids in white noise are presented. The methods are based on a new prediction problem that has some very useful properties leading to algorithms that have considerably reduced complexity. Thie is achieved without practically sacrificing any performance with respect to existing methods that are based on the Forward Backward predictor.

Synthesis, characterization and spectroscopic properties of new azo dyes derived from aniline derivatives based on acetylacetone and azo-metal (II) complexes and singular value decomposition (SVD) investigation
Four new azo-dyes, 3-phenyl azopentane-2,4-dion (LA), 3-(4-nitro phenyl azo)-pentane-2,4-dion (LP), 3-(2-nitro phenyl azo)-pentane-2,4-dion (LO) and 4-(1-acetyle-2-oxo-propyl azo)-benzene sulfonate sodium (LS), were synthesized from, aniline, 4-nitroaniline, 2-nitroaniline and sulfanilic acid with acetylacetone, respectively. Reaction of these new dyes with acetate salts of copper(II), nickel(I...
متن کاملEstimating the Parameters of Exponentially Damped Sinusoids an . d Pole ' - Zero Modeling in Noise
ARtract-We have presented techniques [ 11 [ 6 ] based on linear prediction (LP) and singular value decomposition (SVD) for accurate estimation of closely spaced frequencies of sinusoidal signals in noise. In this note we extend these techniques to estimate the parameters of exponentially damped sinusoidal signals in noise. The estimation procedure presented here makes use of "backward predictio...
متن کاملMethod for Estimating Parameters of bxponentially DampedKJndamped Sinusoids in Noise
Absfracf-We present a study of a matrix pencil method for estimating parameters (frequencies and damping factors) of exponentially damped and/or undamped sinusoids in noise. Comparison of this method to a polynomial method (SVD-Prony method) shows that the matrix pencil method and the polynomial method are two special cases of a matrix prediction approach but the pencil method i s more efficien...

and then p(S) = 1. Now suppose that p (S) 2 p > 1 and that the boundary values of Gp-I are infinite. From (12) a boundary value of Gp can be finite only if /BPI = 1, then from (1 1) we obtain P k = O c,(t;p) = hkXj-(t-k) = 0 , andp(S) = p. Finally, we must show that forp 2 p (S) the MLE does not exist. reflection coefficients with IBkI < 1 fork < p and IPpI = 1 leading through (5) to the condit...
متن کاملOptimal SVD-based Precoding for Secret Key Extraction from Correlated OFDM Sub-Channels
Secret key extraction is a crucial issue in physical layer security and a less complex and, at the same time, a more robust scheme for the next generation of 5G and beyond. Unlike previous works on this topic, in which Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) sub-channels were considered to be independent, the effect of correlation between sub-channels on the secret key rate is address...
